David and Angie are professionals with an extensive career in the fitness and yoga worlds, respectively. Among their capacities it is, to adapt the activities to the physical form of every assistant, so the program is designed to attend the necessities of each participant.
With the objective of creating a personalised and intimate experience, the group of guests with never surpass 12 people, besides the professional team that will accompany the guests during the weekend.
We recommend bringing several working out outfits, as you most likely would like to change after each training. Also, you will need sport or running shoes. For the rest of the program, something comfortable so that you can relax and enjoy.
