Our program.

The Wellness weekends is a health and wellness weekend program, where a first-class team merges with a wonderful and inspiring natural environment to learn, share and disconnect.

A proposal designed from sensitivity, warmth and attention to detail to discover, through sport, nutrition and the connection with the environment and nature, how to adopt life habits that enhance your happiness.

What the program includes.

  • 2 nights stay in a double bedroom with private bathroom.
  • 3 meals, with menus designed by Teresa Sartorius, Cordon Bleu chef and health coach. It also includes tea, coffee,fruit and healthy snacks during the day. 
  • 2 functional training classes of 60’
  • 2 yoga classes of 90’ 
  • Show cooking and nutrition talk.
  • Running or conscious walk activity.
  • 2 guided meditations.
  • Bathroom and swimming pool towels .

Angie started practising yoga in 1996, in Argentina discovering her passion for this special and respectful way of working the body, the breathing and the mind.

Certified by the Sivananda method 400H by the A.I.P.Y.S ( sivananda yoga teachers association) and 100 H in Vinyasa Krama Yoga by Borja Sainz Yoga, she is the best ally to dive into this discipline.

Healthy coach by IIN (Institute of Integrated Nutrition) and student of the Cordon Bleu, Teresa starts her activity in The Wellness Weekends after 3 years working for Estee Lauder in New York.

Always with a smile, Teresa assumes the area of nutrition and wellness, creating our menus and teaching our guests the key to a balanced, fun and delicious diet.

Yes. Our yoga and fitness sessions are created to be a comforting and fun experience for everyone. 

David and Angie are professionals with an extensive career in the fitness and yoga worlds, respectively. Among their capacities it is, to adapt the activities to the physical form of every assistant, so the program is designed to attend the necessities of each participant. 

With the objective of creating a personalised and intimate experience, the group of guests with never surpass 12 people, besides the professional team that will accompany the guests during the weekend. 

The Wellness Weekends is located two hours away from Madrid, in the province of Caceres, Extremadura. You can find our location in this map.

The ‘dehesa’ where The Wellness Weekends takes place is the first private area of ecological interest, with an extension of 250 hectares and a wonderful variety of flora and fauna.

We recommend bringing several working out outfits, as you most likely would like to change after each training. Also, you will need sport or running shoes. For the rest of the program, something comfortable so that you can relax and enjoy.
